Loft apartment in Amsterdam

Interior Design

The Netherlands, 2021

An open plan layout connecting two floors create a true loft feeling. To keep budgets workable, the kitchen is designed around existing equipment and furniture is a mix of vintage, DIY and contemporary pieces. Embracing parts of the present structure and pre-loved charm of worn wooden floors and ceilings, then combining it with modern elements shape a timeless Wabi-Sabi style.

Maximising the liveable area through clever space planning and exterior extensions in a protected  monument.
